Refund Policy

Refunds

We do not provide refunds or replacements if a customer submits an incorrect shipping address.

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, using the return label provided by our customer service team.

  2. Please email us at contact@premiar.com with your Name, Order Number, and a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund.

Full refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item, minus a 20% restocking fee. Once approved, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Do not return the item to the sender’s address listed on the package.


Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it. However, you will be responsible for a shipping and handling fee. If you decline reshipment, we will issue a refund, excluding the original shipping, priority processing, or insurance fees. A 20% restocking fee will also be deducted.

In some cases, packages are either refused by the manufacturer, lost, or discarded by the carrier. If the item never returns to us, we can issue you a 50% store credit toward a new purchase.

If the address provided was correct, and the package is returned, we’ll reship it for free. Should you want to change the address, shipping and handling charges will apply.


Order Cancellation

All of our items are made-to-order, specifically for each customer. Because of this, orders can only be modified or canceled within the first 12 hours of purchase.


Clearance Items

Clearance items are final sale — they cannot be refunded or returned. These may not come with original packaging and may show minor imperfections. No guarantees are made regarding their condition.


Warranties

Our refund and replacement policy is valid for 7 days from the delivery date shown on your tracking. After that period, we are unable to process any refunds or replacements.


International Shipping

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, as each country has its own import rules and tax regulations.
