Return and Exchange Policy

At BIVELIE Co, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. We've designed this return and exchange process to ensure a smooth and simple experience.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date, subject to condition verification, and must include all original packaging, labels, and accessories. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

All online order returns, refunds, and exchanges must be handled through our customer service team via info@bivelie.

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind reasons.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

To start the return process, send an email to info@bivelie including your Name, Order Number, Photo of the defective/incorrect item, and the reason for your return or refund request.

Once we receive your request, our customer support team will review it and respond within 24 to 48 hours.

If approved, we will send a prepaid return label to your email.

Use this return label to package your item and drop it off at a UPS location. Please note: only use the label provided by our team — do not send returns to the sender’s original address.

You will be notified when your return is received at our warehouse. Once confirmed, you can choose one of the following options:

We can refund your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

We can send a replacement order, prepared within 72 hours.

If your tracking information shows the order was delivered but you did not receive it, we require a claim ID from your local post office. Once the claim is validated, we will issue a replacement.

A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned items across our full product range.
